A new physiotherapy clinic in Tirana, run one to one by its founder. The site had to feel calm and careful, explain what is treated in plain language, and let a patient book a real time without a phone call.

What we built
- Treatment and condition pages written around what the patient feels, not the clinical name
- Online booking that picks a treatment, a day and a free time from the clinic's own opening hours
- A database rule that refuses a second booking for the same slot, so two people can never take the same time
- A confirmation email with a calendar invite for both the patient and the clinic
- A password protected page where the clinic sees its bookings and messages
Health care sells on trust. The design stays quiet so the person behind it comes through.
